Deep red colour and small amount of head combined with a sweet aroma with hints of biscuit makes for a very appealing drink. Cask conditioned at The Talbot, Leamington Spa, Warks. Brown with white head. I guess that this has a fair chance of containing crystal malt, certainly of a darker variety, quite a bit of malty sweetness added to a biscuity note, it reminded me of digestive biscuits, a light flowery hop too. Pretty reasonable and well served at this pub.
