Bottle by Mart, thanks! Dark brown beer, medium brown head. Cap was leaking a bit. Nose is roasty, sweet, chocolate, nutty, papery notes. Flavor is roasty, dry, mild acidity, a noticeable hop presence in the finish. Lingering chocolate notes and hops. Very drinkable. Pudding (276) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - MAR 7, 2016

Opaque black - brown beer, good fluffy pale tan head. Smooth palate, good fine carbonation. Mild dark malts, tangy with a touch of dry cream. Mild smoke and mellow dark fruits. Airy dry finish. Comes together well.
Turbo charged version of Byatt’s very nice XK Dark. Red fruits blend well with the malty base. Oily body. Starting to really like this brewery. gegwilson (3847) - North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUN 1, 2014
