COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Chocolate and caramel notes prevail in this full-bodied American brown ale. We combine caramel, crystal and dark specialty malts and a dash of noble hops to create a balanced beer with a touch of sweetness. This is the perfect beer for a cool fall day or huddling around the campfire.

From a growler, pours a very dark brown, almost black, very active carbonation with lots of bubbles. Nose is sweet malts, caramel, toffee. I get a little maple syrup thing going on, not sure why. The flavor is maple, dark fruit, toffee, dark chocolate, with a bitter hops finish. Medium sweet, but smooth going down.
