Amber red-ish color. Nice frothy head, awesome lacing. Aroma is caramel, bit fruity, even has a touch of tanned notes. Taste on the other hand is completely different. Has even more roasted flavors, quite a lot of nuts and caramel aftertaste with tiny, hardly possible to notice bitterness. Middle body, perfectly carbonated, pleasant to drink. Good beer even though red ale is not my favorite style.

330 ml bottle - Hoppy, a rare experience in Central America beers, that is crisp in the throat. Good light Crimson colour. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cadejo Roja • Aroma (9/10): Caramelos, dulces, fresas. Un rico aroma dulce. • Apariencia 3/5: o Cabeza (color, consistencia y duración):  Cabeza cremosa, color blanco amarillento de mediana duración. Deja una mediana natilla. o Cuerpo (textura, carbonización, partículas y color):  Rojo oscuro abundantes burbujas y levemente turbia. • Sabor 7/10 (inicio, final y duración): o Inicio: inicio marcadamente amargo.

Piacevole.

12 oz bottle. Pretty decent red ale. Not much for craft beer in Central America so this was a welcome change from boring lagers.

Had this on draft whilst in San Salvador. Poured a clear bright reddish copper colour with thin slightly off white head. Aroma is relatively hoppy, grassy and slightly yeasty. Perhaps a little metallic? Taste is very hoppy and slightly malty. Bitter finish.

12oz pour at the brewery. Poured a clear light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is grassy hop. The flavor is medium to weak bitter with a malty liqourice caramel palate and a smooth bitter finish.
