Draft: at Casta’s 40th B-Day. Grassy, spicy, citrus, bitter. A bit unbalanced; lacks bready wheat characteristic and too bitter / citrusy; just be corrected in the nest batches. Stil way above average! Food Pairing: Arugula Pear Salad.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles place. Thanks tomer. Yellow. Citric hops, slightly soapy, a bit of yeast, sulphur note. Flavor is a bit sweetish, bitter finish. Rather light-bodied.

Shared at a tasting, small bubbly head, a little hazy and a touch pale yellow color, lemony fruity flavor with a touch of mint, flavor of wheat and bread with a light lemony note and a hint of honey, light mllow herbal bitternes. Nice and drinkable.

Pours a pale gold and clear. Aroma is grainy and grassy with just a hint of yeast. Very thin body a light on flavor. Needs some work.

Very delicate combination of malts, hops and herbs in the aroma. Quite pleasant one. Bright color, not very nice but super persistent head. Taste is actually awesome after all crappy lagers in Central America. Has definitely some American hops with fruity, oily flavors. You can feel the malts and yeast as well. Crisp, refreshing. Quite a nice beer.

• Aroma (7/10): Marcadísimo aroma a limón, hierbas y hojas verdes. • Sabor 2/10 (inicio, final y duración): o Inicio: Inicio ligeramente salado. o Final: marcada amargura. Como de ralladuras de piel de naranja. Sorprendentemente, hay abundantes umamis en los dientes. El final es prolongado. • Paladar 3/5 (Cuerpo, textura, carbonización, final). o Cuerpo robusto, cremoso, moderadamente burbujeante.

Eccellente interpretazione dello stile (american wheat).

Bottle, bought in a hotel on Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. Bright yellowy amber colour, white bubbly head. Quite a fruity, citrusy hop aroma. Some crisp grainy wheat flavours. Actually quite enjoyable - I don’t normally find wheat ales much to write home about but this was nice.

Had this on draft whilst in San Salvador. Was a slightly hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is of grass, straw, quite hoppy and floral. Taste was smooth hops and a slightly bitter, grassy and lemony after taste. Nice.

12oz pour at brewpub and Mopelia. Pours a clear light golden with a small white cap. citrus, pepper, caramel, decent fruitienss, few diacetyls though, bit of grass and herbs. low carbonation, light body, short grassy-citrusy finish. Overall a nice APA and a lot better than any of the Pale Lagers El Salvador has to offer.
