I think this beer has a great taste and it goes down smooth and overall its a great beer BlackHaddock (7514) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - JUL 12, 2014
Clear 32oz bottle shared between three of us at BBQ on 10th July 2014. I had bought the beer for a laugh, as my son in law likes Central American peasant beers like Corona and Pacifico. This however was not to his liking, or mine for that matter. Weak urine colour with a white head for a second or two before it retreated into a wisp and collar. Grainy, metallic and nasty, not a great advert for El Salvadorian beer. Only buy it if you want the country tick (I did not need the tick and wish I had not bought it). Looks like pissy, tastes like a Corona. Added a double dose of fresh lime to mask the blandness. This was a fathers day gift, who did I piss off? nimbleprop (8591) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - DEC 28, 2013
12oz bottle pours a completely clear straw gold with some fast fading white head. Nose is freaking nasty, grass, mint, pissy, stale malt, rancid corn, white flour. Tastes like a shitty third world lager, corn, rusty metal, grass, skunk, stale bred. Watery finish. Bad. Just bad. Pailhead (6543) - Rochester Hills, Michigan, USA - DEC 10, 2013
Bottle: The aroma consists of light-moderate skunk, corn, grain, and a hint of grass. It pours a transparent gold with a small white head that quickly fades to a very thin ring. There’s no lacing. The flavor starts with light sweet corn, grain, and a touch of honey. The finish has light grass, faint apple, and skunky notes. It’s light bodied with somewhat fizzy carbonation. Overall, for the most part, the flavor is pretty bland and relatively unoffensive. The aroma is pretty bad though and can make it tough to drink. I’d rather drink Corona, but at least I added El Salvador to my list of countries.

Bottle. Very pale gold. Head that disappears quickly. Very skunky aroma. Taste is also very skunky. Patrickctenchi (6661) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - SEP 2, 2013
Clear, pale gold, quick white head.
Sugary grain aroma.
Taste is grainy, sweet, malty.
Truly? Not that bad....for what it is...

Straw yellow out of the clear bottle with a sweet skunky aroma. Fizzy yellow beer. Incredible thin, with water being a large part of the flavor. Corn and something metallic round it out. I was going for a country tick, but turns out I already had El Salvador.... thorongil2 (3257) - , Ontario, CANADA - AUG 9, 2013
(bottle) clear pale yellow colour with a small white head; aromas of skunk (initially) then pretty much nothing; watery grassy flavour; I suppose this could be refreshing but is not much of a beer wildbeercat (356) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - AUG 6, 2013
32floz/946ml bottle into a shaker. Served cold.
Aroma: Typical skunky, clear glass bottle smell. No hop profile, no real malt stands out. Good ol’ skunk.
Appearance: Crystal clear, bright pale yellow body, actually a decent foamy white head.
Taste: Pretty nice. I can’t tell if there’s any adjuncts here. Pretty decent malt profile, but no hop presence.
Palate: Pretty clean and smooth. Short malty finish.
Overall: You know what? On a hot, outside, this could be pretty nice. I wish I had some limes.
