Pours a golden color with a white head. Aroma is grainy with not much hop character at all. Corn and some earthy tones come out as well. Not much to the flavor either earthiness and corn mostly with very little hops. Snojerk321 (2960) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 7, 2009
Beer pours a light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is slightly malty and grainy. Flavor is slightly sweet initially but finishes with some bitterness and dry. Not an offensive beer just fairly bland. Suggest you drink it cold with lime on a hot summer day. Chips and salsa also a must. ditmier (1508) - Boise, Idaho, USA - APR 30, 2009
2009 Bottle - Pours yellow with no head...aroma is lt corn malt, bit of lager skunk?... flavour is the same...sweet and watery with big ass bubbles...at 3.9%, whats the point really? Just drink iced tea, cheaper and better for you... Cavie (4654) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAR 4, 2009
Fresh lime slices are a MUST when drinking this beer. Otherwise, well, just don’t drink it without a lime. lithy (2996) - Capital of Appalachia, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 2, 2009
Whitish yellow, fluffy white foam. Aroma of malt, corn, grass, water. Taste is mild maltiness with a decent grassy finish.

Crystal clear golden coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of malt, cardboard, lemons and funky stuff. Light-bodied; Mild taste of malt, a little hops and nothing else. Aftertaste of a little sugar and water. Overall, a bad beer-but what else is expected when you have a clear coloured bottle from El Salvador? I sampled this twelve ounce bottle pulled from a ’World 12 Pack’ given to me by JonR888710 on 02-July-2005. JohnnyJ (5545) - San Diego, California, USA - JAN 5, 2009
Pours a clear yellow with white head. Very similar to corona... grain, skunk, small amount of hop. Not very good. BMan1113VR (7931) - Los Angeles, California, USA - OCT 30, 2008
Bottle from ilovedarkbeer. Small fizzed away white head and a clear pale yellow. Aroma is room filling of skunk, some butter, malt, and hay. Taste is cold buttered toast. Fizzy mouthfeel. crap... ilovedarkbeer (2737) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - OCT 30, 2008
Pours a very pale yellow color. Nose is buttered skunk all over the room. Tastes exactly like cold buttered bread. Blah. astrofrk (341) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - SEP 2, 2008
Golden. Big frothy head. Aroma: Vegitables, skunk. Flavor: Corn husks, skunk, metal. Skunky finish. OVER-RATED!
The light version is much better. I could only find it in a six-cack at Krogers on Broadway. It won’t be easy dringking the other five beers.
