Cask. Amber colour, not too much head. Aroma is caramel, some licorice and freshly cut wood. Flavour is quite much the same with quite much notes of dry wood.

Cask at Doctor Duncan’s Liverpool. One of my all time favourite best bitters. Glorious dark brown colour with aroma of good malt and hops. The balance between the 2 in the mouth and on the finish is superb. It leaves you wanting to sit and do a session on it. Excellent
