Not a terrible export lager, has a very pleasant malty flavor that is a nice change of pace from what I’ve had lately. Toasty caramal notes amidst the slightly earthy tones. Overall pleasant, like that it comes in a slightly taller can at 14.9 fl oz.
Bottle. Pale Gold in colour. Toasty malts, grainy, buttery. Grassy, spicy hops. Sweetish malty with hoppy edge. Dry hoppy finish. (2008)

Hazy golden almost orange color with a white foamy head. Biscuit with a mild citrus flavor. Very sessionable and solid beer. maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - SEP 8, 2013
Bottled 04/09/13. A blonde beer with no head. Sweet and fruity with a bit of toffee. A decent body and even a touch of tropical fruit. Hints of vomit as lagers can have. Not as bad as I feared. danlo (3067) - Darlington, Durham, ENGLAND - AUG 26, 2013
500ml bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold colour, foam white head and aroma is sweet fruity with some spice. Taste is sweet malt & grain, grassy and a light bitterness. Creamy mouth feel, light bodied, medium carbonation, finish is dry with some residual sweetness. OK. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - AUG 11, 2013
Yellow with a white head. The aroma is full of very sweet malt with a circus peanut character. The flavor is less sweet, but I still get a lot of grain and sugar notes, as well as some grass. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Serving: Note quite 16 oz. can. Odd serving size it seems. It pours a clear gold color with a decent white head. Fairly normal looking. The nose is on the sweet side with a touch of butterscotch. The flavor is unsurprisingly sweet as well. A little caramel, corn, and grain notes. It almost reminds me of a cream ale in texture and flavor. Not much in the way of bitterness. I suppose I’ve had worse. Take it or leave it. GreatLibations (1854) - Last Supper, Arizona, USA - JUN 29, 2013
Golden in color with a tick latherous head that lingers thick and creamy. Strong aromas of rich malt. Full nectar with soft effers. Rich malt flavor with a perky bitterness on the rear. Tastes fresh. drowland (8758) - Georgia, USA - MAY 6, 2013
5/6/13. 16oz can from Beaches in Destin. Clear golden pour with a small off-white head that’s gone immediately. Butter, apples, and salty ketchup all over this bad boy with sprinkles of black tea. Ugh. This is awful. DiarmaidBHK (4907) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 1, 2013
Can from total wine McLean. I’ll resist the easy if this is Cains Finest lager then they need to fuck off to say instead it could be a lot worse. Pours golden with a thin white head. Has a bit of fruitiness on the nose that carries on to the tongue. Finishes clean. Solid. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - FEB 17, 2013
(440ml dated 8-23-12 thanks to bu11zeye) clear gold with soda like white lasting bubbles. Nose of light grain, raisin. Tastes like a lager, light grain, bit earthy, cream, a good lager (but I don’t really care for them) with light hops on the finish.
