Bottle from Tesco. It pours pale gold with a small white head. The nose is fresh, tropical fruits, light grain, five alive fruit juice and citrus peel. The taste is crisp, bitter, straw, grapefruit rind, lemon and peppery notes with a lingering bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp, fresh, good level of bitterness and rather drinkable. One of the best Cairngorm offerings.

UPDATED: AUG 13, 2014 Cask at The White Lady JDW. Pours clear pale gold, thick white head. Aromas of lemon, dusty malt, stewed apple. Taste is light sweet. Medium body, clean finish. Better than the bottle. jercraigs (10921) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 17, 2014
500ml bottle from Tesco. Pours pale yellow, nice white head. Aromas are lemon cheesecake, light buttery, some lost tropicalia. Taste has an astringency, which leads to the finish not being entirely pleasant. Not a bitter in my book, more a blonde. 6/4/5/3/10 - 2.8
UPDATED: JUL 18, 2014 2014-07-03. Similar to the cask, just a little bit crisper and more definitively hoppy. Bottle at Cairngorm brewery, Aviemore
