A hazy amber beer with a small collapsing beige head. The aroma is sour and fruity. The flavor is malty with notes of roasted bread and overripe fruit, leading to a dry end. But the body is thin. joergen (29238) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 8, 2009

Bottle 50 cl. Clear orangey brown with a small rough off-white head. Sweetish aroma of roasted malt and a little overripe fruit. Medium-bodied, nutty accents and roasted malt. Dry and lightly bitter finish. 070209 chriso (21656) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 9, 2004
UPDATED: JUN 25, 2004 Bottled 500ml. Dark chestnut colour. Malty aroma, with a yeasty undertone, which is odd as this isn't a live product. Roasty malt on the palate. I get the coffee too. Not very bitter - in the Scottish style - by quite clean on the finish. Not sweet. Just a hint of a metallic tang in the aftertaste. Not bad at all for a non bottled-conditioned ale.
