Award winning new recipe. A light golden colour with a high proportion of wheat and corn giving it a clean fresh taste on top of which there is masses of hop, fruit and citrus flavours with elderflower on the nose.

@ Globe Inn, Aberdeen. Klar guldfärgad med ett vitt skum. Dofter och smaker av citrus, säd och blomster. Frisk avslutning med en lätt syra och beska. Bättre än flaskversionen.

Cask. Light golden. Aromatic hops and elderflower nose. Very fruity (citrus-grapefruit, also peach or apricot notes). Malty (sweet malts, caramel). Nicely balanced ale. Drying fruity finish with spicy hops. Tasty. Very drinkable. (2008)

Cask at Bothy Bar, Kinlochleven. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, lemon curd, white bread and candies lemon. The taste is crisp, clean, bread, fresh lemon, soft sweetness, lemon curd, candied peel, toasty grain, cereal and a touch of icing sugar with a dry finish.Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh and quafable cask gold.

Backlog rating: Pint at Kings House Hotel, Glen Coe in April 2016. Pours golden with foamy slight off white head. Aroma weak with cereal, hay and a little toast. Rather bland but quite drinkable.

Decent thirst quencher. Pours light gold. Not much aroma, hint of hops. A little overcarbonated for me. Reasonable bitterness but the aftertaste is a little harsh. A decent session beer, and easily the best brew in the Mercure Inverness amidst corporate bland garbage. Would drink again.

Light golden, small off white head. Aroma of light citrus. Light body, flavour is light sweet citrus fruit, light pine. Lightly bitter sweet finish.

Medium hoppy aroma bit packs a massive hoppy punch on the tongue. Light golden honey appearance. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
