Award winning new recipe. A light golden colour with a high proportion of wheat and corn giving it a clean fresh taste on top of which there is masses of hop, fruit and citrus flavours with elderflower on the nose.

Kolor złoty, całkowicie czysty i klarowny. Biała puszysta piana, długo wisi nad piwem. Zatacza szereg kręgów na szkle. W aromacie i smaku dość podobnie. Trochę cytrusow, trawy cytrynowej i zboża - pszenicy. Po ogrzaniu sporo nut dzikiego bzu. Goryczka średniego kalibru, czysty finisz. Niska tekstura. Dobry wybór.

Cask handpull at The Crosse Keys London as Cairngorm Trade Winds. Pours an almost clear golden orange, still with a small but creamy off white head which leaves full lacing. Aroma is lemongrass and a fair whack of elderflower. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is nicely balanced between lemongrass, elderflower, pale biscuits and faint cheesecake. Long breathy musty finish but not that much bitterness really. Could easily drink a few pints of this one. (6-4-6-4-14=3.4)

@ Globe Inn, Aberdeen. Klar guldfärgad med ett vitt skum. Dofter och smaker av citrus, säd och blomster. Frisk avslutning med en lätt syra och beska. Bättre än flaskversionen.

Cask. Light golden. Aromatic hops and elderflower nose. Very fruity (citrus-grapefruit, also peach or apricot notes). Malty (sweet malts, caramel). Nicely balanced ale. Drying fruity finish with spicy hops. Tasty. Very drinkable. (2008)

Cask at Bothy Bar, Kinlochleven. It pours clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, lemon curd, white bread and candies lemon. The taste is crisp, clean, bread, fresh lemon, soft sweetness, lemon curd, candied peel, toasty grain, cereal and a touch of icing sugar with a dry finish.Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh and quafable cask gold.

Hazy golden liquid, small but firm head. Aroma of hops and lamb? Light body, no carbonation. Taste is bitter.
