Award winning new recipe. A light golden colour with a high proportion of wheat and corn giving it a clean fresh taste on top of which there is masses of hop, fruit and citrus flavours with elderflower on the nose.

Beese (2931) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 30, 2014
Cask at The Sir Walter Scott (JDW), Edinburgh Airport on 20 May. Poured golden, with a dense white head and excellent lacing. Aroma of apricots, dough and straw. Sweet tinned fruit flavours, with some bread and hay. Finish was syrup, malt and pine.

A nice rounded taste without a wow factor. The perle hoping came accross as subtle and supported the refined bitterness. But I don’t really get this as a wheat beer / malted barly combo. Apparently brewed with elderflower this didn’t come through in the least. At best a drinkable cask ale at worste confused. Drunk at the Gelnuig Inn with Stuart and Bridgid.

Clear light golden yellow, not much head. Big citrus aroma. Medium-light body, crisp finish. Refreshing.

(draught) pours a clear golden colour with a creamy off-white head. aroma of honey melon and banana, with a hint of yeast, some powdered sugar and just a touch of butter. flavour is more butter and grainy pale malts, with heavy notes of popcorn and some floral hops in the light-bitter finish. medium-bodied with soft carbonation.

Holmen2 (3731) - NORWAY - MAY 21, 2014
From cask at Mosset Tavern, Forres. Golden, white head. Fine and persistent lacing. Subdued aroma of orange marmelade. Refreshing taste of marmelade, balanced with moderate bitterness. OK, but not very exciting.

sarauckelman (542) - Durham, Durham, ENGLAND - MAY 8, 2014
Fresh floral aroma of elderflower, clear amber color. Nice minerally mouthfeel with lots of wheat, citrus, and floral hops. Great after a long day’s hike.

Cask at The Woodshed, Coylumbridge. Small white head, great lacing. Clear golden body. Floral nose, a little honey. Flavour is sweet and malty, a little citrus, floral overtones. Mouthfeel is smooth with minimal carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Cask at the blue blazer. Pours light hazy gold, thin white head. Strong flower aroma, bit much for me! Wheat in the background, plus lemon. Taste is light sweet, more flowers. Slight astringency. Ok.

StilleStorm (1536) - Stavanger, NORWAY - DEC 13, 2013
DAA; Bottle 500 ml. Pours hazy golden with white fading head. Citrus, fruity, light floral aroma. Taste is less, light malty. Light mouth, thin texture. Dry, medium finish.

Theydon_Bois (19718) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - OCT 29, 2013
Cask at the Castle Tavern, Inverness, 18/10/13. Clear golden with a good sized white head. Nose is toasted malts, vanilla, citrus, sweet fruit aroma. Taste comprises caramel, summer fruits, vanilla fudge, toasty malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, smooth on the palate, in good nick! Decent GB.
