Award winning new recipe. A light golden colour with a high proportion of wheat and corn giving it a clean fresh taste on top of which there is masses of hop, fruit and citrus flavours with elderflower on the nose.

Holmen2 (3939) - NORWAY - MAY 21, 2014
From cask at Mosset Tavern, Forres. Golden, white head. Fine and persistent lacing. Subdued aroma of orange marmelade. Refreshing taste of marmelade, balanced with moderate bitterness. OK, but not very exciting.

sarauckelman (550) - Durham, Durham, ENGLAND - MAY 8, 2014
Fresh floral aroma of elderflower, clear amber color. Nice minerally mouthfeel with lots of wheat, citrus, and floral hops. Great after a long day’s hike.

Cask at The Woodshed, Coylumbridge. Small white head, great lacing. Clear golden body. Floral nose, a little honey. Flavour is sweet and malty, a little citrus, floral overtones. Mouthfeel is smooth with minimal carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Cask at the blue blazer. Pours light hazy gold, thin white head. Strong flower aroma, bit much for me! Wheat in the background, plus lemon. Taste is light sweet, more flowers. Slight astringency. Ok.

StilleStorm (1566) - Stavanger, NORWAY - DEC 13, 2013
DAA; Bottle 500 ml. Pours hazy golden with white fading head. Citrus, fruity, light floral aroma. Taste is less, light malty. Light mouth, thin texture. Dry, medium finish.

Cask at the Castle Tavern, Inverness, 18/10/13. Clear golden with a good sized white head. Nose is toasted malts, vanilla, citrus, sweet fruit aroma. Taste comprises caramel, summer fruits, vanilla fudge, toasty malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, smooth on the palate, in good nick! Decent GB.

motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 26, 2013
on cask at the ox in edinburgh. light golden with a thin but lingering head; aroma of old couch and pressed flowers; watery texture; faint bitterness, faint caramel and not much else going on

DeanF (2514) - Alberta, CANADA - SEP 15, 2013
Has a heavy sweet hop aroma, and a perfect solid white head atop a golden body. Flavour is a strong reliable malt with just a hint of citrus. Dry finish. This is a very fine, well crafted brew.

SaintMatty (7480) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - SEP 4, 2013
Cask (Lord Moon of the Mall JDW, London) - Hazy golden in colour. Elderflower, peach and passion fruit in the aroma. Extremely refreshing taste with elderflower dominating along with notes of grapefruit, peach and lychees.

Pizd (435) - Merseyside, ENGLAND - AUG 31, 2013
(Cask): Golden colour with medium white head. Aroma of elderflower, citrus fruits and light hop notes. Elderflower in the taste but is way too powerful, puts you off it - almost chemical tasting. Some other faint notes were hops, malt and biscuit. Could be a nice beer if they tone down the elderflower and balance the flavours properly.
