Flat orange amber pour. Aroma of chocolate malt, toffee then peppers. light body is undercarbonated. Flavor has pleasant chili flavor but the malt is a little sweet and distracting. On the plus side, the level of heat is near perfect. bulldogops (2495) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 3, 2016
Rating #1626 - #CBC2015 Beer 10 - Welcome reception - pours a golden amber. Aroma is sweet, hot pepper - lots of heat. Some may say a one-dimensional creation, but there is a decent caramel malt backbone that sucks up some of the pepper heat - lots more in the finish though. Bomber from World Market. Hazy deep amber in color. Nose is chili with a little bit of sweetness. A little sweet up front with a strong chili flavor. A little spicy but not burning. Nice spicy kick in the finish. rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 6, 2015

Cloudy golden colour with no head. Looks a bit dirty.
Chili peppers... a lot of chili peppers in the aroma.
The flavour is pure chili. Burns and warms. I can’t get much more but the chili is what this beer is all about... and that’s what it is.
Loads of green chili but not hot. Decent. This beer really accentuates the chili well.

Clear gold, no head. Mild chili pepper on the nose. Medium bodied palate is heavy on the spicy, pepper flavors; crisp and balanced. Spicy, lingering finish. Very tasty! Alphadelic (2237) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAR 30, 2013
Super fruity, sweet, lightly cooked chili. The spice is apparent but quite mild. I quite like it, nothing is overbearing. It’s take a bit to get used to as a regular but I think it’s alright. chicowv (478) - Canaan Valley, West Virginia, USA - FEB 23, 2013
Sample tasting at the brewery: Pours bright yellow with small bubbles, good clarity. Aroma is malty and heavy with chili’s. Taste is spicy, chilli peppers and bitter. Spicy and fun but too hot for me in a beer. Chili forward for sure but smooth. S0rceress0 (11) - - JUL 17, 2012
Wow, top ten indeed! Loaded with chili aroma and flavor. This tastes like crunching into a lovely warm sweet chili. The heat lasts forever. I had to get some crackers to have with this beer and I couldn’t even finish the bottle in one go. This would be absolutely fantastic with a mild stew or fish tacos. bhensonb (15195) - Woodland, California, USA - JUL 3, 2012
Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours amber with a very fizzy, very short lived, beige head. Nice strong chili aroma. I’m sure it’s one of the ones the description mentions. Or all. Med body. Flavor is pretty chili. There’s a good chili burn. The brewers are nutty - I’m so glad they didn’t use ghost peppers. There’s a lot of chili in this. Pretty well done!
