I found this quite enjoyable as the first microbrew of my trip to Mexico City. Light spice and quite a lofty feel. Maybe just a hint of banana and coriander. Nice. solidfunk (9363) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - MAY 2, 2016
Some florals and a lot of citrus but is a little on the sour end. Tangy finish. Some light coriander but ingredients don’t mesh super well. Bottle. teorn88 (7687) - Rimini, ITALY - JAN 14, 2016
33cl bottle at Club de la Cerveza, Playa del Carmen. It pours a cloudy golden color with a medium fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet and estery, with banana, clove, starch. Taste is also medium sweet and lightly boozy and estery with notes of banana, apricots and black pepper. Medium bodied with soft to good carbonation. Overall, ok swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - FEB 20, 2015
bottle at Club de la Cerveza, Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Illuminating bright golden pour, creamy mouthfeel. Sweet flavor, clove, fruit forward. fruity yeastiness is pronounced. Not bad IMO MartinT (10037) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 20, 2014

Banana esters, herbal hops and alcohol warmth coalesce in this decent Tripel interpretation.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A creamy head of foam covers the shiny golden.
-This was pleasantly clean. Which wasn’t the case with all of their brews tasted that weekend though...
-A citrusy touch accompanies the mild bitterness.
-Light cereals appear here and there.
On tap at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City.
A murky golden ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice lemony malt with light grassy hops, light candy sugar, coriander, pleasant. In mouth, sweet fruity caramel malt with light lemony notes, candy malt, light curacao, OK. On tap at Fiebre de Malta. Sdaniel90 (1096) - Mexico City, MEXICO - OCT 29, 2014
Bottle, 355ml. Pours a hazy orange/amber with a modest head. Musky aroma, with hints of citrus zest, clove and slight sourness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Crispy malt character with some citric acidity. Sweet with a subtle but stinging bitterness and a robust alcohol finish. Not horrendous, but certainly awkward to drink. Calavera always seems to have a nasty, fizzy undertone. Not bad, but I can’t get over the feeling that’s something’s terribly wrong with it. Percy0103 (777) - MEXICO - OCT 29, 2014
Bottle, 355ml. A somewhat cloudy beer with no head. It has a sweet aroma of canned corn, caramel and maybe some wheat. It has a bitter taste and an acidic aftertaste. Taste reminds me a lot of canned corn. It has some astringency and is heavy on carbonation; so much it feels like sparkling water. Slightly alcoholic finish. It is not as terrible as some others I have tasted and poured down the drain, but I don’t think is good. Meh. TBone (18006) - Pori, FINLAND - DEC 2, 2013

Hazy orange color, small white head. Sweet, mango-herbal aroma. Medium-bodied. Very sweet mango, watermelon flavor. Some alcohol in the aftertaste. Sweet and a bit nasty.
Bottled. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some wood and mild toffeeish notes. Flavour is fruity, nectary, caramelly and quite ok, but still a bit "down to earth" when it comes to creativity.
