One of my favorite beers. Without a doubt the best chocolate stout I’ve had. Has a distinct chocolate taste. Almost like Coco Puffs. Delicious
Great wax seal bomber. Black pour with a light camel head. Rich, sweet, cake batter and hop aroma. Sturdy chocolate, sweet, doughy, baker's chocolate bitterness. Solid mouthfeel. Thanks to Jme down at Proof Production Facility for sharing. klm1 (1786) - Bled/SF, - JUN 2, 2017
Pours dark brown, almost black opaque with foamy dissipating light brown head. Malt aroma is rich and takes on toadted toffee, caramel, coffee, milk chocolate, supported with sherry-like gentle alcohol note, burnt sugar & dark fruit esters. Flavour follows aroma: intense malt note, with notes mentioned above, supported with dark fruit esters, fruity, herbal, gentle spicy hop flavours and moderate medium sherry-like alcohol notes. Hop bitterness is medium. Finish is dry. Body medium, texture velvetly, carbonation moderate. Yorker (2032) - Holstebro, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2017

December 2016 - Bottle share at One Canada Square. Thanks Kenny! As ’Caldera Mogli’, 8.5%, white wax. Black or very dark brown with a red hue, foamy brown head leaves dotted lacing. Aroma is chocolate syrup, toffee, roasted malts, light ash. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is chocolate syrup and vanilla, rich chocolate. Quite sweet but I don’t think it lacks balance. Enjoyed it. (3.9) Korcz (3389) - Warsaw, POLAND - JAN 14, 2017

Level 42 Bottleshare and no Mark King in sight. Almost opaque dark brown beer, tidy tan head. Palate is soft and airy. Soft chocolate malts blend seamlessly with mild spice and dark fruits. Mild oaky vanilla. Smooth finish. Smooth and drinkable.
Bottle I got from Dan for Christmas last year. We had it while making Christmas cookies this year with Dan and Erica. It was nice to pair Eggnog with it. - 2015. Pours dark black, small tan head, dissipates fairly slowly leaving decent lacing. Aroma is pretty much all chocolate. Flavor is the same, huge chocolate, not much else. Medium sweet, light plus bitter, chocolate and roasted malt. Medium body.
