Stunning pour. Deep ruby hued Brown body with a tall tan head. Bubbly with nice lacing. Chocolate nose with hints of chocolate. Rich and thick chocolate body. Full mouthfeel with a silky velvet smoothness. Some oat and chocolate with a lot of wood and light smoke. Sweet body with some fruitiness that blends well with the sweet milky chocolate. Light hop pepper at the end. Very simplistic but so very well done. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark brown. Bubbly head. This has quite a bit of vanilla, touch of chocolate, some almonds and hazelnuts. Soft, sweet, seems like coconut, and the nuttiness comes through as well. Really sweet…I don’t mind it, actually. It’s not 100% or anything, but there’s some quality here.

Great wax seal bomber. Black pour with a light camel head. Rich, sweet, cake batter and hop aroma. Sturdy chocolate, sweet, doughy, baker's chocolate bitterness. Solid mouthfeel. Thanks to Jme down at Proof Production Facility for sharing.

Pours dark brown, almost black opaque with foamy dissipating light brown head. Malt aroma is rich and takes on toadted toffee, caramel, coffee, milk chocolate, supported with sherry-like gentle alcohol note, burnt sugar & dark fruit esters. Flavour follows aroma: intense malt note, with notes mentioned above, supported with dark fruit esters, fruity, herbal, gentle spicy hop flavours and moderate medium sherry-like alcohol notes. Hop bitterness is medium. Finish is dry. Body medium, texture velvetly, carbonation moderate.

December 2016 - Bottle share at One Canada Square. Thanks Kenny! As ’Caldera Mogli’, 8.5%, white wax. Black or very dark brown with a red hue, foamy brown head leaves dotted lacing. Aroma is chocolate syrup, toffee, roasted malts, light ash. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is chocolate syrup and vanilla, rich chocolate. Quite sweet but I don’t think it lacks balance. Enjoyed it. (3.9)
