Cask, Handpump @ Bamuda Treangle . Golden colour with a small white head. Malty, floral hop aroma and a bitter dry hop taste. Medium body with a sweet bitter dry finish.

From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden yellow/orange with a lacing white head. Light fruity hops and butterish aroma. Flavour is mild fruity yet also quite butterscotch flavoured. Ends with a solid bitterness and a mild fruity hops note. Slight thin body.

Ungstrup (38152) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - MAR 24, 2008
Cask at The Barony, Edinburgh. A golden beer with a dense lazing white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, the body is light.

Cask. Slightly hazy golden colour, small creamy white head. Aroma is fruity, nectary, honeyish along with some bisquits and wooden notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same, ending in a rather big fruity and floral way.

Warning! Early amateur rating! Draft in Edinburgh. A refreshing easy drinking ale. Smooth and creamy with nice fruitiness and not much bitterness.

2011 Note - this isn’t worth drinking outside of Edinburgh. Always great in Edinburgh always cack outside (especially England). It just doesn’t travel IMO.

Hazy blond color. It has a nice aroma, some earthy hops. But simple flavor, just some caramel and bitterness. Pleasant but simple.

Golden color. Delicate fruity and grassy hops in the aroma. Good body structure, some malt, sweetness, and very good hops (fruity). Very good!

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2005 Cask handpull at Druids Arms, Maidstone. Normally a favourite of mine but this wasnt awfully good, so I will re-rate when I have a better pint. Pale copper colour thin white head. Distinctive hop citric aroma with a bit of caramel. Thin in mouth bit watery. Some citrus hop on the end. Re-rate on 24/9/5. Cask handpull at Bohemian, Deal. Pale gold, bubbly white head, grapefruit citrus and fresh hop aroma. Pale malt underpins more aggressive green hop, leading to good hoppy, citric dry finish. Distinctive tea flavours too

saxo (18960) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - OCT 30, 2009
Cask. Sample from Jazz & Beer Festival, Århus. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, malt and flowers.
