Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2012, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.
Clear medium to dark amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, nut peel. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
Well not much to say here...butter, popcorn, slight skunkiness. This has very little redeeming qualities. Jow (3924) - New York, USA - MAY 6, 2013
Bottle at AZ crews amazing driveway tasting. This was pretty much everyone’s least favorite beer of the day but we were just getting started and I was so giddy with anticipation after touring the cellar i drank it down pretty quick. pours golden with soapy head. nose of sweet cheap candy. tastes buttery, sugar, grass, bread, hay, and vanilla. oh well moving on... madmitch76 (24807) - , Essex, ENGLAND - OCT 14, 2012

GBBF. Light haze on this gold beer. No real head. Light dry crisp palate. A trace of the dreaded Golden Ale affliction - eggs, not too bad. Sharp marmalade hops. Semi dry finish.

Pint in the Bull Inn, Paisley. Pours a lovely golden colour. Quite a peppery taste to begin with. Fades to a lightly spiced floral after-taste. Drinkable, but probably wouldn’t buy again imdownthepub (14554) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 15, 2012
Cask conditioned at The Easington, Banbury. Gold with white head. Light, slightly thin and watery beer with some maltiness, light hop note. It’s there but struggling to show. Average.
