DownsouthGav (601) - Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 12, 2008
Cask at Ensign Ewart, Royal Mile, Edinburgh. Pours an amber beer with egg white head. Spicy cream nose. Taste of yeast, honey, hops and lots of grapefruit. Quite nice at the beginning but becomes bitter and cloying near the end.

Svesse (8731) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - DEC 16, 2007
(Cask at Bree Louise, Euston, London, 1 Dec 2007) Pale copper colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of citrus, toffee, floral hops and hints of butter. Fruity, malty taste with peaches, citrus and floral hops in the finish. Faint traces of butterscotch. Decent, but hardly exciting.

2.9
Doppelganger (1388) - Dry County, Arkansas, USA - NOV 25, 2007
Cask, Blackfriars, Inverness. Light copper, persistent fine white head. Lots of jammy tropical fruit aroma, slightly overripe and interesting. Flavor has lots of fruity appricot sweetness, but needs a little something...that’s just not there. Comes across as a bit flabby. Some promising aspects, but doesn’t quite make something cohesive.
