As light in color as we know, as potent as we can go. Looks can be deceiving, tasting is believing. A complex beast augmented with local honey and oats. Local honey sourced from Jeff Herel Apiaries - Sparta, Tennessee.

Okay, but a bit sweet for a golden ale, heavy with the honey and leaning into hefe territory because of it. Slight apple esters add some depth, but the sweetness grows cloy as it warms, leading to a somewhat saccharine, bitter fade. Great name, mediocre beer.

Hazy gold with white head. Nose is orange, light wheat, dry, citrus and florals. Easy palate, bready malts, citrus, wheat, and orange peel.

16 oz draft pours a hazy amber with a white head. Aroma of sweet malts, citrus, bread and fruit. Taste is sweet, wheat and a hint of bitterness . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hmm, a Golden? With a "funny" name? Is this going to be any good? Well, Yes, actually. Murky gold, thin to no head. Smells citrusy and grassy, with a bit of toast. Crisp but full bodied palate. Nicely crisp and drinkable. Lots of dry, hoppy flavors, too. I could drink more of this...

Pin to tap at Cosmo’s. Aroma is of citrus and caramel malt. Has little head and a cloudy golden color. It is medium sweet and a pleasant level of bitterness. Flavor is of wheat, citrus, and a little clove. Pretty good beer overall, glad to have these guy local.

Pint on tap. Lightly hazy golden with a small ring of bubbles. Nose of caramel, lemon and grass. Taste is the same, but a bit bolder and seems to have some spicy clove and wheat notes. Light-medium body is well balanced and has medium carbonation.

Pours a golden blonde color with a wispy thin head. Taste is surprisingly drinkable for a golden ale, normally packed with a lingering yeasty wheat flavor this brew is surprisingly a bit of hop bitterness comes through. A great calfkiller creation thanks and keep up distribution! !!!

I was told this was a pale ale... as such it was horrible. This taste just like a whit beer. (Dead on with big names like ShockTop. However as a Golden Ale... this is not a bad brew. It was enjoyable... nice nose... very summery... not best choice for winter.

This beers amazing, incredibly light, refreshing, slightly sweet. Flavor is kind of like those Chinese candies, white rabbit. A sweet rice flavor. Color is kind os like a wit, pale, light yellow, cloudy. I could really drink a lot of this, and it is so refreshing!
