Couple of pints on tap. Cloudy orange-amber with a lasting spit of foam. Nose at first has a hint of banana, then becomes mostly funk, caramel, citrus zest and toast. Tastes of funky cheese, caramel, citrus and resin. Finish has some dry wheat, bubblegum, and peach. Medium body has a smooth medium carbonation and a mild astringency that lends an overall dryness. As usual with Calfkiller, an interesting and unique melange of flavors that defies stylistic classification. Itzjerm (3271) - Taft, Tennessee, USA - NOV 15, 2014
Honey malty flavor with a citrus nose. Lots of carbonation. Sweet. Thin on tongue. A nice drinking beer good head.

Yellow, not much head. Smells grainy, grassy, with a whiff of corn. Taste is corny, some nice sweet notes, a nice, lightly hoppy finish. larrydcarter (11) - Cookeville, Tennessee, USA - FEB 9, 2013
On tap at Cosmos in Cookevile, TN. Drank in a pint glass with a big your own cheese burger and onion rings. Never been a fan of Calfkiller’s beers, but this one is exceptional. Aroma is of honey and citrus. Not much head, but the body was a lovely straw golden color. Taste was highly sweet with hint of bitterness and abundant citrus notes. Overall it’s one of the best beers I’ve ever had on tap. Great to have these guys local. IndyBeerSnob (132) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JAN 13, 2013
Pale blonde in color. Cloudy murky with a thin off white head. Tasty crisp pale american blonde with a touch of soap sweetness. A fine offering from the brothers but not their best by in my opinion
