Dark amber color and small head. Light caramel aroma with some wood notes. Taste is quite light, not too sweet or bitter. Nice swiss ale... following the British style!

330ml corked bottle served in a Pint glass. A: Pours an orange to copper amber forming a medium creamy and thin bubbled head. good retention and lots of lingering lacings left in the glass. A thin layer remains forever on the top. S: Roasted malts, caramel malts and toffee in upfront. A bit fruity and a bit biscuity and bready yeasts. T: Slightly sweet upfront. Sweet grains, caramel, candy sugar. A bit metallic. M: Light body. Medium carbonation and a sweet caramel malts aftertaste. O: Good drinkability. Very smooth. Not bad. [BA Review @ 07/23/2013]
