Petite carbonatation. Bien buvable, mais c’est tout.

Bottle, 0.33l, courtesy of Yoo. Clear deep golden color with small creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of wheat, lemon and yeast. Taste starts with moderate sweet grainy malt, quickly dominated by citric, wheaty and yeasty acidity, spicy mouthfeel ad moderate grassy bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. Good, but a bit too sour...

Drank as a draught. Quite nice and fresh. The taste is fruity and the look is cloudy.

330ml bottle poured in a chalice. A: Beige cloudy color forms a medium fizzy bubbled head when poured. Retention is small but a small layer remains forever. Very few lacings are left S: Smell is very mild. Smells mainly wheat and yeasts. A bit sweet and a bit spicy too. Not remarkable but not bad at all too T: Taste is also quite soft. Again, wheat and yeasts. A bit of coriander. Watery and neutral, I mean, not sweet and not bitter too M: Very light body. Medium to low carbonation O: Very drinkable beer. Pleasant too [ BA Review @ 2/4/2012 ]

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Rotem. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of bread, yeast, banana and a bit of cardboard hints. Sweetish flavor with banana, a bit of bubblegum, yeast and a slightly spicy finish. Rather light-bodied. Not great, but quite refreshing. Feels more like a Hefeweizen than a Belgian Wit.

Yeast on the inside of the crown and the neck of the bottle, never seen this before. Head disappears fast, especially for a white. Little bit of a soar smell. Soar and bitter taste but not enough body to balance. Like most other Swiss beer I tasted, I have the impression than the quality of the barley is not what it should be. Is all the organic barley in Swiss from the same origin?

Ehm, not really for me. Its all very the farmers kitchen sink type stuff. Feels lime it was plugged with hay and matured in a thick paper bag. Bit of a flowery hop and matls character of sett by a flavour of boiled cabbage? Didn’t like it, but boy, what a pretty label.
