Swiss wit, yeah why not. Fine balance between acid, yeast, coriander and orange peel, resulting in a refreshing brew.

hay, grass, cheese, vanilla, pale, cloudy, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly sour, full body, creamy, average carbonation, long finish, Some surprisingly fresh wheat beer!

Brought back from my wife while in Geneva, Switzerland... Best before 7/3/06 Appears a hazy, light gold with a small white cap that quickly fizzles out into a tiny collar. Tiny spots of lace seem to slide back into the collar. Smell is of mild citrus, crisp wheat, black pepper, cream, dough, light coriander, and clove. Taste is of the same aromas with a doughy yeast. Mouthfeel is light bodied, smooth, lightly carbonated, semi-sweet of candy, and mildly dry. Drinkability is refreshing with citrus and light doughy yeast smacking around.

Nice bitter edge to this one. Not as good as the Calvinus Noire, about level with the Ambree. Middling in terms of body and carbonation. Yeasty aroma, nice hazy golden appearance. I like it.
