Pale with a white head. Aroma is lightly yeasty, light corn accent, light citrus. Taste is grainy, with light spice, and citrus.

hay, grass, cheese, vanilla, pale, cloudy, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly sour, full body, creamy, average carbonation, long finish, Some surprisingly fresh wheat beer!

I bought this beer at the Coop in Prélaz, Lausanne and I drank it relax at home. It is a good weissbier, in my opinion. The color is yellow, troubled and creamy, thin foam, normal carbonation. The taste is classical: wheat, banana, cloves, apricot at the final, a bit watery, refreshing, perfect after a walk on the moutains.

33cl-fles gekregen van schoonbroer Hendrik. Merci! U: Helder goudblond met mooie witte schuimkraag. G: Nogal neutrale geur, toch wat toetsen van tarwemout en gist. S: Zoet, gist, koriander, nogal inspiratieloos. M: Medium carbonatie, geen sprake van volmondigheid.

33cl bottle from a Co-Op in Geneva. A murky straw coloured pour with a creamy white head; aroma of yeast, orange and coriander; soft and grainy in the mouth, with a short lasting banana and clove taste. A pleasant witbier, but lacking the intensity of its Belgian and German cousins.

Bottle courtesy of HenrikSoegaard. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty and yeasty. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 080516

On pour a dark yellow colour shows with a very nice creamy frothy head, all of which looks pretty good. The head is damn good, very bubbly, but it does die a little after, with not much lacing. Beer turns to a murky cloudy colour after a while when it settles The smell is strong, a lot of sweet smells, mainly wheat and yeast, and some citrus. A very strong taste, full of sweet grains at the start. This is a very tasty beer, full of taste. A taste of cream, wheat and yeast, with each mouthful nice and smooth, and very light. Even if it was very sweet you do get used to it, and this beer is a bit of a slow burner. In the end I did enjoy drinking a couple of these beers. Wide tasting and pretty refreshing. Not bad.

Cloudy beige, medium dense froth, smells like a belgian witbier, the typical spicy citrus notes, but on the palate there’s more of the Weißbier banana aroma. It’s not bad, but I prefer the crisp belgian style without the bavarian Weißbier yeasts.

Bottle from a Geneva Coop. Pours a pretty murky amber colour with a good white frothy head. Spice and citrus aroma. Same in the taste. Quite lemony, verging on washing up liquid notes. Still quite light and refreshing. OK.

Bottled 330ml. -from Coop (near) Verbier, Switzerland. Hazy yellow/golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild wheaty nose whit whiff of coriander. Moderate malty, wheaty, light spicy and orange with notes of coriander and citrus. Some yeast in the finish.

An unremarkable beer of this style. There are hints of other similar wit beer types here. A whisper of cloves and bananas, a crisp dry finish but nothing lingers. All too light bodied for me and there are better beers like this, which accentuate all the good bits of this style.
