Tap at brewpub. Pours hazy gold/orange with a large, frothy white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is cereal and meal malt, light earthy hops, earthy and dirt cellar notes. Flavor is malt dominant, light hops, medium bitterness, spicy and a dry finish. Light body and warmth, medium carbonation.

From the brew pub in Stuttgart. Have they changed the Braumeisterbier recently, as others state a dark brown pour? Pours like a Hefe weizen and a lemony taste. A very refreshing beer, most enjoyable. More a Helles beer.

Koelschtrinker (18029) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - JUN 19, 2011
Würzig-hopfiger Antrunk, ausbalanciert. Test vom 17.3.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 12,13,12,12,-,12 - 12,15

Indutiomarus (114) - Idar-Oberstein, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - APR 19, 2011
Part of the beer raid in Stuttgart. One thing everyone at the table had to say about this beer is "what the hell is this for a beer" I can’t even begin to explain the flavors in this stuff other then maybe the did not drian the talk well after putting cleaning fluids in it.

Bierkrug (2130) - - APR 16, 2011
Part of the Great Stuttgarter Beer Raid 2011 (the worst place award). On tap at the brewpub. Pours a med-brown with a white head. Aroma is bland hops. Taste is mellow but weak. Palate had a strange ending like it was not natural. Below normal.

JoeinDahlem (1468) - Berlin, GERMANY - JAN 8, 2009
Tap at brewpub. Dark orange and hazy, thin but persistent white head. Sweet and grainy nose with orange zest and caramel notes. Nice moderate bitterness, grassy and dry, carried on lively carbonation. Medium body and lightly dry finish. Lightly nutty, toasted-bread backdrop. Like the pils with more backbone.

pivo (2667) - GERMANY - NOV 11, 2007
Cloudy unfiltered orange color with a foamy head. Big sweet middle, caramelly and nutty with some roasted grains. Then a fairly broad but dull hopping to dry the palate. Well-balanced and a solid beer.

TBone (16250) - Pori, FINLAND - JUL 28, 2007

Hazy orange color, steady creamy white head. Fruity peach and apricose aroma. Fruity-malty flavor, sugar cane, peach and then hoppy bitterness in the finish. Interesting, fruity märzen with good balance of malts and hops.
