Unfiltriertes dunkles Lagerbier
Rein untergärige Bierhefe

Hauptgärung im offenen Gärbottich; Reifung in liegenden Lagertanks
Gebraut nach dem Rezept unseres Braumeisters und Biersommeliers Markus Lohner aus Truchtlaching

lord_totenkopf (314) - Budapest, HUNGARY - NOV 8, 2012
Light brown, minimal head. Aroma is sweet: cookies, wheat, caramel. Taste is roasted, wheaty and malty. Biterness of hay, a bit roasted and bread. The main character is the sweetness which goes from roasted malt to hay. Very good dunkel.

mile (4032) - Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 22, 2012
Bottle. Dark brown, average and mostly diminishing light brown head. Moderate malty and sweetish aroma, light caramel and some roasted malt, light bread and light herbal hoppyness. Medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and some roasted malt, light bread and light herbal hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, light caramel and some roasted malt and light bread, light herbal hoppyness. OK hoppyness is wasted on dunkel.

kappldav123 (6131) - GERMANY - JUN 4, 2012
Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild-malty, modest sweet, not too dry. Very well balanced. Finish soft-malty, mild, still modest sweet. Could be a bit drier, but still a good one!
