Unfiltriertes kastanienfarbenes Lagerbier
Rein untergärige Bierhefe
Malzig, karamellbetontes Aroma
Hauptgärung im offenen Gärbottich; Reifung in liegenden Lagertanks
Gebraut nach dem Rezept unseres Braumeisters und Biersommeliers Markus Lohner aus Truchtlaching

McWorta (1594) - LUXEMBOURG - APR 20, 2015
Orange-amber opalescent colour with a frothy off white head. Aromas of toasted bread, caramel, hay and straw with notes of burnt toffee arise. Softly carbonated, watery-slick in texture with a medium body the centre of this beer is dominated by caramelised, bready malt sweetness with a well noticeable hop bittering punch. Short-medium lasting finish. Tasty, quaffable and well balanced.

Cloudy amber color with generous compact head. It has a small aroma of cereals. Sweetish malt flavor with an accent of cereals, quite old in character, maybe the date of the bottle, because it also develops a light touch of sweet liquorice; correct bitterness.
Oktoberfest is not easy to put in bottles, this one is not an exception.
