.25 at the Celle Beer Festival. A: Golden, slightly hazy, lots of bubbles, medium sized head, decent retention, left quite a bit of lacing. S: Cascade hop. T: Lots of grapefruit, M: Medium body, slightly coarse edge from the bitterness. O: Seemed to follow the SNPA template.

Little cloudy pale blond beer, big irregular fluffy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit fruity, mango, lychee, some caramel malts. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, sweet, nice bitterness, caramel malts. Aftertaste: lots and lots of grapefruit, pineapple, little sourish, bit sweet, lychee, mango, bitter finish. Lovely stuff.

330ml bottle from trade with Seblinz. Many thanks. Pours a misty gold, good white head. Aroma of marmalade, caramel. Taste brings, citrus hops, caramel, light honey with a soft bitter prickle. Yeah it’s alright.
