COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Das Truchtlinger Bier vom 1. Tag. Einfach was Guads!

glennmastrange (2897) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - JUN 25, 2017
UPDATED: JUN 25, 2017 Bottle. Moderate roasted cereal for the malt, light orange for the hops, light to moderate musty basement for the yeast, with banana, brown sugar, date and hints of clove and vinegar in the background. Head is small to average, fizzy, off-white with some darker swirls, with no lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is murky medium brown . Flavor starts slightly sweet and moderately to heavily acidic, then finishes moderately acidic. Palate is medium, slick, with a fizzy carbonation and a lightly tart finish. A really good Dunkelweizen with a nice wild side.

hauxe (860) - Butzbach, Hesse, GERMANY - MAR 2, 2017
Pours cloudy brown from the bottle. The head, foamy at first, quickly fades. Aroma is a mix of yeast and chocolate. Taste is banana sweet, light spice, chocolate with minimal bitterness. Body is medium with low carbonation. By the halfway point the beer felt flat. Okay.

Bottle @ Wordenskjolds. Appearance: pours hazy amber-brown with good off-white soapy head and lacing. aroma/taste: grain, wheat, light caramel and some sour berrieshints. palette: medium malty aroma, average carbonation, medium body, average sweetness, somewhat balanced by light to medium bitterness, average duration and a watery texture. Overall: interesting light acid twist to a otherwise pretty standard dunkelweizen

Plovmand (8534) - Grindsted, DENMARK - JUL 10, 2016
Swing top bottle. It pours hazy amber with a medium off white head. Bready aroma with wheat and banana notes. The flavor has notes of citrus, bread, caramel, banana, wheat and a light sour note.

Fules (1305) - Gyöngyös, HUNGARY - JUN 1, 2016
Nagy, de gyorsan eltűnő hab, barna szín. Búzás, citrusos illat, egy icipici karamellel. A korty citrommal indít, ami aztán végig elkíséri a sört. Mellette búzás, banános aromák sejlenek, hangyányi karamellel. Utóíze a korty egyenesági leszármazottja. Közepesen testes. Sajnos sok a citrus, majdnem mindent elnyom.

NosirIwont (2561) - Husum, DENMARK - MAY 27, 2016
Bottle. 5.4%. Best before 09.08.16. Pours a hazy dark amber/brown, with a disappearing light beige/tan head. Fruity aroma with a light hop, caramel and yeast notes. Hint of a metallic overtone. Light sour note as it warms, and the fruity note takes on a wee bit of overripeness. Flavour is sweet, with yeast and light hops on a (dried) fruit background. Banana note as it warms. Yeasty and a bit tart finish. Soft palate. Overall good, well-balanced. 26.05.16.
