On tap at CBC. Pours a hazy yellowish color with a well-formed white head and decent lacing. Aroma is excellent - the Belgian-ish blonde ale base is really enhanced by all they did to it. Oak, brett, white wine, and tropical fruits are big in this one. Flavor is mildly sweet, mildly tart, and extremely tasty. This beer is champagne-like in a way, with white grape playing a big role. Other than that there is a great barrel presence, mild vanilla, and a strong fruitiness, with lychee and pineapple standing out. Brett and Belgian yeast as well. Body is medium and the carbonation level is fairly lively. Not mouth-puckering at all, making this very drinkable. This was another impressive beer from these guys. After recording the tick from the sample, I actually ordered a full glass of this. Now THAT says something.
