Tap at the brewpub - clear golden, fizzy pour out of the tap - huge lavender and lemon grass aroma - semi-tart, with earthy, hay/grass qualities and a strong grain/wheat flavor - lavender and other wildflowers are potent in the mix, but work quite well and balance against one another so as not to become overpowering - very nice. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUL 30, 2007
BCTC 2007. Enjoyed this one. Floral, jasmine, lavender. Tad on the sweet side. Perfumy. Nice JAF737300 (1291) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 29, 2007
This belgian has notes of floral and light sdpiced fruits. The peppery yeast notes show well with a balanced bitter finish that drinks smooth.
