Black color with a tiny tan layer on top. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Mostly coffee, roast and toffee in the flavor.

By gravicask, 4.5 % abv, at Chelmsford & Mid Essex Winter Beer Festival. Shared with Cunningham. Coal black body. Shiny black surface. Malt-accented aroma, mid-sweet. Honeyed malty flavours joined by impact of ripe fruits. Mid-sweet, mild roasted finish. Likable, just rather thin bodied (17.02.2017).

Cask, draught pint. Very nice almost black colour with a beautiful 1 inch head. Aromas of smoky malt and leather. The flavours are mainly malt too, rich in caramel and toffee, but not too sweet, toasted malt, wood, no hoppiness. Very well balanced.

At a tasting, thanks Roei, big bubbley slightly frothy head, quite dark brown colour, aroma of carob, brown sugar and manure, flavour of nuts, lightly charred wood, and dirt, light sourness and strong carbonation, too light bodied but still quite interesting. Quite good.

Typický porter. Svoji chuti se hodi na rozjezdové pivo pak ale při delšim večirku bych přesedlal na něco lehčiho. Nasládlá silná výrazná chut a tipická vuně.
