Peachy orange. Slightly watery taste. Grainy, and with a light hop finish that has a rich bitterness to it.
Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, day 2 on 1 December 2010. Amber colour. Some sweetish fruit character tempered by moderate late bitterness. Quite tasty and very drinkable.

Pigs Ear. Clear amber beer. Light dry palate. Light toffee malt and really light orangey hop. Nothing unusual but nicely done.
