Bomber. Pours a reddish golden with a fair amount of carbonation. Tart like cider with similar flavor notes but much tastier in my opinion. Great story on the brewing process. Pour deep clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Grape and oak aromas. Soft with sweet dry oak and chardonnay upfront turning to earth, tart brett and marshmallows in the lasting finish. Very close to a white wine flavor with a bit of funk and bitterness in the finish. Based on the reviews, it looks like this one benefited from some time in a bottle.

Dark copper-to-ripe peach-colored body shows minimal haze and a small, white head that fades quickly to a ring.
In the nose there’s a fair bit of oak and strong fruitiness (black cherry, peach, nectarine). Definitely can pick out the light butteriness from the chardonnay, while the brett shows off plentiful limeskin and other tart notes that work well balancing the sweet/sour buttery oak/acetic character. No alcohol or flaw.
Very strong fruity notes emerge initially, cherries, peaches, strawberries and there’s a good helping of tart brett that in turn succumbs to a moderately sweet amber-like maltiness with caramel wrapping itself about the buttery oak. A lot going on here, but it seems maybe a bit too jumbled and the heavy fruitiness, buttery oak and malt sweetness all seem to pull the beer in different directions. Texture is lightly slick/buttery/oaky with soft, but mostly tight carbonation. Certainly making it sound worse than it actually is and it’s still an interesting little beer, just outdone by a number of the other delicious beers on for this fest.
Reddish orange. No head aroma is faint but I get a little plastic. Grapes, nuts, lemon? Fig and peaches. Fleeting finish with some caramel.

Aroma is overripe fruits, some cheesy funk and candy apple. Taste is up front very fruity but finish is very sweet and sticky and hard to drink.
