22 oz bomber pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grass, malts and yeast. Taste is spice, malts and hay. Strykzone (7422) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - MAY 7, 2014
Bomber. A cloudy golden beer. Lots of carbonation moving up the glass. A nice almost white head. Fruity esters, yeast, and pale malts define this one. Alcohol brings warming. Some coriander. Decent stuff. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - APR 16, 2014
Bottle: Seems to have a pink peppercorn and spicy like start. Not a mealy American example, which is great, but its not too floral. Its a thick somewhat sweet fruitiness, with some spices and that pink peppercorn. Yeasty and estery start to finish. Its interesting, and a bit different from a lot of others. Warming, but not alcoholic. Peppery finish. Very interesting and unexpected. bubblehouse (1541) - louisville, Kentucky, USA - APR 10, 2014
Pours a hazy orange with a mild aroma. Pretty good taste but nothing special. Still very drinkable.

bottle - hazy amber pour with thin head. nose is phenollic yeast with banana and bubblegum. Sweet body, caramel, touch of grass and cereal grains. Herbal, candy finish with some booze. Tasty, though a bit cloying. Dfonorow (2250) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 16, 2014
Pour is clear golden with no head. Aroma is on the sweet side with notes of molasses, caramel, apples. Flavor is similar but with some funk and hop citrus thrown in. superspak (5678) - Michigan, USA - JAN 11, 2014
22 ounce bottle into chalice, bottled on 9/05/2013. Pours moderately hazy golden amber color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big pear, apricot, apple, orange, honey, bread, candi sugar, coriander, clove, light pepper, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and malt notes; with good strength. Taste of pear, apple, apricot, orange, honey, bread, candi sugar, coriander, clove, light pepper, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of pear, apple, apricot, orange, honey, bread, candi sugar, coriander, clove, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice balance and complexity of malt and fruity/spicy yeast flavors; with a great malt/yeast flavor balance and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a smooth and moderately slick mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Tripel style. All around great balance and complexity of malt and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth to sip on for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering. rejtable (2752) - Ontario, CANADA - JAN 9, 2014
Bottle from brewery, nearly 9 months old. Pours clear golden with a limited head and almost no lacing. Nose is sweet candi and dare I say peanut butter?? Fruity notes lead with candy, light plums, some yeast and a bit of a grassy bit in the end. Taste is light sweet light/medium bitter. Lightish body with a prickly carbonation and a medium dry finish. Bomber poured a clear tarnished gold with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of straw, yeast, pear, light pineapple and a hint of spice. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of straw, yeast, light pear and light spice with a smooth dry lingering straw finish.
