Cask at the London Brewers Showcase. Pours a cloudy, honey-gold with a bubbly head. Has a great all around balance. Malty aroma with bread and butter malts, along with subtle, earthy hops. Sweet, with honey and cereal malts. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. The finish is clean with lingering dough and easy bitters. Nice.

Cask conditioned at The Crown, Oxford. Pale gold with white head. Sharp, lemony hoppy beer, grassy and fresh and really tangy. The flavour is long on the palate and slightly honeyed. I really enjoyed this and it was in top notch condition, lovely.
