Magnum gives clean bitterness. Mohawk, chinook & simcoe (used in the boil, whirlpool & for dry hopping) give the beer ‘ipa-style’ intense hop flavour.
Speciality malt can give ipas a cloying palate. With IHL, we’ve kept the malt grist pale, with only a little speciality malt to balance out all of those hops. Pilsner, Munich and Carapils
The result is an extremely hoppy lager that acheives our consistent aim of balance, all packed into a highly portable 330 ml can.

Leaves a great head for a lager. Earth and resin on nose bit nice and fruity on the tongue. Nutty at the end with the hop bitterness coming through late. No macro-beer lager here. Fabulously fruity. 330ml can, 1.6std drks, 6.2%. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear bright orange beer, irregular off-white head, unstable, falls down fast, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet, passion fruits, bit malty, some caramel, citrus. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, fruity, some banana, soapy. Aftertaste: bitter, grapefruit, soft bitterness, fruity.

Can from cellarbrations super store in hami hill. Pours golden with a thick creamy head leaving some lovely lacing. Body is medium with low carbonation. Aroma is earthy and resinous hops. Taste is IPA like minus the traditional lager taste. Plenty of floral notes and peach with slight nut malt finish. Unreal stuff

330ml can from cornelius. Pours hazy gold, thick white head. Big citrus and pine aromas, some cedar notes. Taste is light bitter, light balancing sweetness. Crisp and refreshing. Nice.

Can at Drunken Driver’s Tasting @ tderoeck’s place. Thanks guys. Pours oglden with a little head. Lots of oranges, citrus, quite a bitter taste, it does have a slight off-taste that I don’t like and cannot describe, but very decent.

Ticks all the boxes. Great aroma. Full of hops. Great bitter palate. Just an awesome all rounder. A favourite for sure! They've kicked a goal with this one!

Can, Best before June 6th, 2015 Slightly cloudy, dark orange, half a finger white head, some big and small bubbles. Aroma is grapefruit skin, a bit of pine oil, nuts and cedar. Taste is interesting. some bitter grapefruit skin, some clove (very light), a little yeast taste. Decent beer. Lager yeast is strange.

Sample at a local tasting event. Bright amber body with a medium white head. Smells quite hoppy a’la tropical fruits etc, but tastes more discrete.
