Bottle at home from cotteridge wines. Aroma is chalky mineral, spritz, light choc and caramel. Some ashy roastand hot fussel alcohol in thenose as well, but it’s not huge. Dark brown clear pour with some red and a big light tan head. Flavour is dry roast, ashy campfire, hot alcohol. Carbonation attacks the tongue. Finish is lingering roast and some sweet caramel, which helps round things out. Nische (2290) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 14, 2014
Pours dark brown with a rocky tan head. Aromas of milk chocolate and stone fruit, something earthy too. Taste has a sweetness and only light bitterness, very chocolatey. Medium bodied and creamy, very easy to drink! olio (10372) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 14, 2013

Pours pitch black color with a small beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, mild coffee notes and some dark fruit notes, faint vegetable notes on the background. Flavor of toasty malts, caramel, some yeast notes, cocoa and mild vegetables. Medium carbonation, mild bitter palate, sweetish finish. The mild off-flavors ruin otherwise a decent beer.

Opaque black - brown beer. Good pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and slightly soft, semi dry. Minerally carbonation. Light touch of fresh tasting dark malt, mild cream, no real roast. Very mellow bitterness. Touch of coffee. Finishes smooth and fresh. It’s smooth and fresh but with Odell involved I was expecting so much more.
Mørk, nesten svart farge med beige skum som ligger lenge og fester seg i glassveggen. Aroma av sjokolade, svisker og noe sødme. Lite karbonert. Noe bitter og tørr i ettersmak. Theis (15152) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - DEC 22, 2013
