COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
On clear nights, it seems as if you can reach out and touch the stars. Cosmic Cream Ale is the perfect companion for idyllic, curious nights beneath the constellations. Brewed with a cosmic blend of European hops for a fruity and floral backbone. This ale is fermented warm then laid to rest at a cold lagering temperature. The result is an elegant golden ale which is crisp, balanced and refreshing.

I had no problem with this delightful brew at all, except for mopping up my tears when I saw the bottom of the glass, lol. But seriously, a very refreshing IPA, from my factory sampler 4-pack, poured from a refrigerated can into a room temperature glass, appreciated on its own, without adornment or snack, whilst listening to jazz on this fine afternoon, as soon as I got home from physio.

Smooth tasting like many cream ales. Malt is dominant with a slightly bitter finish. Nothing exceptional but a well made cream ale.

Sample at the brewery, and a subsequent can. Bright gold body with a dense white head. I find these cream ales quite muted, as if they’re scared to offend. Mild floral aromas and flavour. Maximum drinkability, pleasant but not particularly memorable.

Good creamy ale. A good reference for this type of beer. Smooth and easy going.

I worked in Oakville for 3 years and drove past these guys almost daily thinking they were a girly cooler company. Had to try 2 of their other products before discovering this their best tasting beer. Creamy, crisp. Great beer.

Pours a slightly hazy straw gold with a fluffy white head that recedes after a few minutes. Aroma is light, bready malt and vanilla. Taste is a little sour. There are notes of sourdough bread, vanilla, and pear. There is also a metallic bite to it which makes me feel like theres a handful of change in my glass. Good body and lots of carbonation. Too much metal for my taste.

Drank from can. Smells weak, with some sourness. Gold colour (i think). Taste is of a cream ale, only slightly more bitter. Slight aftertaste. Good carbonation. Little creamyness. Overall not bad actually. Could have been so much more without the bitterness. I would possibly buy again. MB The Beer "Bear"on

Golden pour with a big white head, slightly sweet smell. Good creamy grain taste, slight sweetness balanced with a bit of light hop, quite nice for a thirst quenching light beer.
