[5577-20130714] Tap. Toasted gingersnap cookies aroma. Clear, pale orange body with a quick foamy white head. Ginger-infused grainy flavour. Medium body. Good. (7/3/6/3/13) 3.2

Light gingery aroma. A bit of sweetness. Less spicy flavour than the aroma would suggest. A bit of brown sugar flavour. Meh - not my bag.

Pleasant cask at The Rhino Summer Fest. Non offensive and a little understated ginger beer. Drinkable.

Another ginger beer that isn’t actually super offensive. Not that it’s great, but everything in context here. Pours golden with some head and lacing. Ginger and malt in aroma, pretty much. Tap at the rhino summer fest.

2013-07-14. Crisp golden amber body small off-white head. 3+ Aroma is moderately gingery, and the flavour is similarly modest but pleasantly gingery over muted pale malt. Average bodied palate, modest carbonation. Refreshingly quaffable, but fairly mild overall. On tap at Rhino Summer Beer Festival, Toronto

October 21, 2010 at The Toronto Beer Experience, Berkley Church. Cask. Hazy pale gold with an average creamy/frothy white head. Smells of ginger, vaguely grassy - a little too sweet. Taste is nice - bitingly ginger, slightly sweet, with clover ... not too sweet. Average body, strong carbonation, a nice effervescent finish, leaving a dry tingling - very refreshing.

Cask (?) at the ’The Toronto Beer Experience’, Berkeley Church. Pours a hazy gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma’s quite mild, slightly vegetal and I get no ginger. Flavour was Lager-like with some ginger in the finish. Average bodied. O.K. but ultimately disappointing, not enough ginger to my liking.
