Rating 7900! [Can (473ml)] I loved this so it's a fitting milestone beer. Also, it's dangerous! Pours a murky, deep orange-amber with an average size lasting frothy tan head. Some minimal lacing. Really nice aroma (8+) with lots of toasted malt, coffee and toffee followed by vanilla, dark fruit, chocolate, light hops and more. Nice malty flavour with coffee, dark fruit, toffee, hops, wood and more. Alcohol is there but not 11.4%, that's what makes it dangerous. Medium bodied. Fantastic stuff!

UPDATED: DEC 1, 2017 Pours a deep mahogany color with medium beige head. Aroma has a lot of wine character, grapes, lots of caramel, toffee and riped fruits. taste follows the nose, quite sweet though, with dark fruits, figues, toffee, caramel and slightly coffee. Sweet ending to it.

Puszka. Brak piany. W aromacie ciemne owoce, toffi, kandyzowany cukier, biała czekolada. Spora słodycz. Alkohol ładnie ułożony. Fajny BW.

473ml can, isktr 2017. Poured deep amber color with a thin white head. Raisiny, bready, rye notes in aroma. Sweet but inviting. Sweet malty, some rye, sweetness and toffee. Warming, full bodied. Quite sweet though.

16 oz can shared by Gus. The pour is a darker ruby-ish color with a thin ring of head and no lace as it falls. The aroma is interesting. There is a big hop and a sweet maple. There is a grassiness about it and a bitter coffee. It’s different. The American aspect of this one just isn’t for me. The flavor is much of the same. There is a decent maple and coffee in front of a bitter American barleywine. The hops don’t don’t for me. I wish this was English. The mouth feel is medium bodied and softly carbonated with a lingeringly bitter hop and roasted coffee up front before the maple creeps in on the back end. Not bad, but definitely not my favorite. 6 4 7 4 14

Can shared with koleminer20 and Gus for the THE NET IS THE SIZE OF A FUCKING HOUSE HOW THE HELL DID YOU MISS THAT SHOT We’re Watching Soccer Extravaganza. Aroma is maple, bourbon, barrel, slight hop, very slight coffee, good. Appearance is amber brown, light light tan thin head, somewhat hazy. Taste is maple, caramel, hoppy, coffee, toffee, vanilla, bourbon, barrel, lots of stuff happening. Mouthfeel is medium body, light carbonation, maple bourbon pine caramel aftertaste. Overall, it’s different and nice.
