Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A dark brown, almost black beer with a red shine under a dark brown head. The aroma is sweet and very malty with strong notes of roasted malt as well as lighter notes of chocolate. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of chocolate, medium notes of roasted malt, and light notes of oranges, leading to a dry roasted cocoa finish.

Crystal clear, very dark crimson ale with a light brown, creamy head. Excellent, Brussels lacing. The nose is chocolatey with hints of vanilla and ginger. The flavor matches the aroma... with some toffee, butterscotch, ginger, dark fruit and menthol in the mix. Well-balanced. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Lengthy, bone-dry finish.
