A - Dark cola black with ruby brown edges. Good sized tan/beige head with decent retention and a fair amount of lace left.
S - A little faint but the smell is chocolaty with a hint of caramel. Also fairly prominent is a roasted malt smell.
T - Good base of chocolate and roast malt. Also some caramel as well as a bit of coffee. A little bit of citrus, earthy and, bitterness from hops and a hint of medicinal taste finish the beer. Overall slightly sweet but not cloying.
M - Medium starting to edge toward full body. Good carbonation. Pretty smooth.
D - Good drinkability. Easy and smooth to drink with a number of flavors. Sweet and bitter balance out well.
Notes: ABV = 4.4%. Pretty good milk/sweet stout that has a prominent chocolate/lactose taste but isn’t overly sweet. Nice beer to sip on for a while with a number of flavors on the tongue. Probably not the most memorable beer, but a tasty one. Grzesiek79 (4381) - Radom, POLAND - MAY 16, 2013
Dobry stout troche malo palony i zbyt slodkawy. Wytrawny lekko dopiero na finiszu. Kolor gleboko czarny, nieprzeswitujacy z mleczno-kremowa piana, niewielka ale trwala. W wygladzie przypomina nieco guinnessa ale jest slodszy. MissPxx (991) - Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2014
Actually rating tontine sweet milk stout but it's not showing. Lovely light taste. No bitter aftertaste. Quite smooth and light. Nice dark colour. Chocolatey smell.

4.4% very dark colour with a good head, roast malt aroma, bitter roast malt with some chocolate taste, Brix (660) - DENMARK - APR 16, 2010
Tasted 2010-04-16. Bottle. Pours dark brown - almost black - with light brown head. Aroma of cocoa, coffee, vanilla and brown sugar. Bitter sweet taste plus a hint off tobacco. Very sweet for this style. One might call it a girl stout, but it IS odd, how I - a man - like a girl stout so much.

This is a cool little stout , packed with flavour but in a compact , snug kinda way. I can’t put my glass down to actually reflect some constructive shit to say ,cause its so eazy to sink and dig. Nice ash, roast, chocolate malt nose; Flavours of roasted bitterness. Bitter /sweet chocolate ...coffee bean bitting tanginess . Some chewey, meaty cloying vibez in the dry finish. Good honest session stout. A manly beer.
Good all round stout. Nice aroma of sweet malt and chocolate. Appearance nothing special with a very dark brown black colour, quite light with a tan head. The taste is a mix between sweet chocolate and bitter coffee. Works well with a good balance. Palate is smooth and quite light for a stout. Overall very good and drinkable. 50cl bottle. Pours opaque black with a cappuccino head - looks great! The nose is intense coffee. The taste has coffee and bitter chocolate. The palate is medium to big in structure and texture and there is a slightly bitter rather than creamy finish. Overall, a great stout.

On cask at David Copperfield's in NYC...
Crystal clear, very dark crimson ale with a light brown, creamy head. Excellent, Brussels lacing. The nose is chocolatey with hints of vanilla and ginger. The flavor matches the aroma... with some toffee, butterscotch, ginger, dark fruit and menthol in the mix. Well-balanced. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Lengthy, bone-dry finish.
