Draft @ Brodys. Pours a pitch black beer with a nice, creamy brown head on top. Aroma has massive rum esters, some light milky chocolate and a mild roasty character. Flavor is a bit overpowered by the rum characters, lots of barrel notes, very sweet, cloying and soft in carbonation. Very cool beer to drink, but it kinda gets boring after a full glass. Still very nice though.

Draft at Brody’s, The Hague. Black with a thick tan head. Aroma of big fruity rum barrel upfront with oaky barrel notes, dark chocolate, coffee, roast, light licorice, raisins, nutty notes and caramel. Flavour is above moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from the dregs run. Cheers Craig. Slightly confused by the name of the brewery, but it turnd out not to be the UK one... Pours clear dark brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of rum and raisins, roasted nuts, cherries in a spirit. Taste is a little thin maybe, boozy, but all the flavours are there, sour cherry being dominant. Nice.

Verkeerde moment, dacht andere fles open te maken. Ruikt naar rum, grappig. Ook in smaak. Maar ben niet zo’n rum fan

almost black colour, one inch, dense, stable creamy beige head; aroma of rum, dark chocolate, some coffee and roasted nuts, as well as hints of soy sauce; taste is the same with some dried sour cherry notes and alcoholic aftertaste; good imperial porter

Bosbouw (2925) - Gemonde, NETHERLANDS - MAR 17, 2017
Donker bruine kleur met een kleine kraag. Ruikt zoetig, drop, alcohol. Smaakt zoetig, rum, beetje scherp.

Tranquillity (2339) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 4, 2017
Draft at lansdowne brewery. Compelletely black body with a small brown head. The aroma has strong licorice, a bit salty. The taste is also salty, with licorice. This would go down well in Finland!
