Cameron’s Rye Pale Ale has a combination of five malts and seven hop varieties. The coalition of floral British and pungent American hops is well supported by a full malt body with a massive amount of rye.

Koelschtrinker (21317) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - JAN 1, 2015
11/11/9/11/9/12

Bottle from Darby’s Liquor Store, Vancouver, 6.6% ABV
Cloudy amber color with compact head. Very nice aroma of fruity and resiny hops, and later earthy caramel. Good body strength: it has a strong caramel and toffee flavor, with extreme bitterness, a peppery note from the rye, rich of resiny hops, and bitter orange oils.
Powerful, very good.

mcberko (18573) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 23, 2013
22 oz. bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike), pours a cloudy bright orange with a small off-white head. Aroma of rye upfront, followed by some crystal malt, and subdued hops. Flavour brings out loads of rye upfront, followed by a mix of different hops, and some crisp biscuity malt. Very dominated by the rye, leaving a long astringency. Not the easiest to drink, but well-made.

Cloudy, light amber. Aroma is light fruity character, with a fair bit of yeastiness. Stale malts, bitter, has some yeastiness, and I figure the rye chewiness is ok.

Bottle - Hoppy grapefruit and some spicy sweet malts. Clear copper thin white head. Light malts, spice followed by hoppy grapefruit and a quick hit of bitterness that disappears quickly. Nice and the rye stands out. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A reddish copper ale with a thin creamy mocha head. In aroma, a smooth piney floral hops, citrus notes, biscuit malt, light catnip notes. In mouth, a nice resinous hops, grassy and herbal, with caramel malt, pink grapefruits notes, light roasted notes, oily mouthfeel, very nice. On tap at Wellington Gastropub, April 19, 2012.

This beer is a dark copper color with a medium thick off-white head that recedes gradually to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of floral hops, malt and rye. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, fruit and spicy rye malt. The finish is floral and spicy with a rye and hops aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

[email protected] - light hazy bright reddish-orange beer under a solid creamy beige foam; light estery with notes of quince marmalade, lemongrass and tea; smooth mouthfeel,a good malt backbone and fairly bitter, moderate carbonation, pretty dry and long aftertaste of yeast and red fruits marmalade
