Bottle: Pours a clouded yellow-gold with a big frothy white meringue cap. Lively carbonation. Aroma is biscuits and lemons, hints of spice very pronounced nose. Sharp, tart, dry character light peppery mouth feel. Flavour follows aroma with dry biscuity wheat malt in front balanced by citrus tartness and sturdy hop bite, clean crisp dry finish with a citrus kiss at the conclusion. A fine summer quaffer and another great offering from this brewer.
[4786-20120917] Tap. Sweet tangerine orange leafy hops aroma. Hazy, orange brown body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Bitter light buttery leafy pine hops flavour has a nice but weak citrus bitter base. Medium body. Tasty and quite drinkable. (7/3/8/4/15) 3.7

This wheat beer poured a slightly cloudy, medium yellow colour with a smallish, brght white head. To the nose there are scents of corn, dough, light toast and faint spices. First sip was smooth with flavours of hay, cereal and hops. Finish is lightly bitter with citrus and bread flavours lingering. blankboy (7788) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 23, 2012
Bottle [341ml]. Pours a hazy gold with with a small diminishing frothy white head. Aroma is biscuity along with some fruit, wheat, grain, light grassy hops and yeast. Light flavour of wheat, lemon, light grassy hops, a hint of pepper and some grain. Light bitter finish. Average bodied. Easy to drink but a little mild and simple, even for the style. Decent though.

341ml bottle c/o G. Clear light fairly bubbly gold with a large but quick-diminishing fizzy white head. Dry aroma - lemon, paper, grass, some alcohol (6-). Taste follows, more cereal grain and a hint of fruit (generic) but nothing like a hefeweizen - too thin, no estery character, and annoying papery bitterness prevails. Thin, sharply carbonated, quick-finishing, leaves a dry papery aftertaste. Ehh. solidfunk (9363) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - NOV 3, 2012
Smells really good at first, lots of bubble gum in aroma, some of that hefe yeast aroma. A littlebitterness, a little sourness. Pours pretty clear golden with a little cloudiness. Palate is pretty light. Bottle from The Stout.

2012-09-17. Hazy dark yellow, nice small white head and lace. 3+ Flavour is pleasant, fairly mild wheaty base, enough hoppy bitterness to be interesting, lightly fruity and yeasty. Mild hoppy aroma, grassy lightly yeasty, mild wheat character. 6+ Smooth average plus palate. Enjoyable, quaffable, bit mild overall. Its sort of a hefe meets American wheat. On tap. Hazy straw pour, pillowy white head. Medium carbonation. Bready wheat pie crust and yeast on the aroma. Grass, a touch of pepper. Smooth and light. Dry bitter throughout. Very drinkable and refreshing, but not very exciting. DerWeg (1702) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 23, 2012
Nice hazy gold yellow color with some white head, giving off a whiff of lemony citrus and wheat malt sweetness. Taste is nicely dry with wheat malt sweetness, and some nicely quenching bite of citrusy hops. Really drinkable but can be savoured with a good book on the patio.
