UPDATED: JUN 23, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Another organic beer from the very interesting Canardou brewery. Orangey and opaque, looks pretty much like a "Hefeweizen". I wonder if there’s actually wheat in this. The head is almost aggressive, fighting to get out of the bottle. Incredibly fresh and flowery in both nose and aroma. Not very full in body, but dry with a well balanced bitterness in the aftertaste. Excellent spring- or summer beer. 070404
Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Peachy aroma and flavour. Hoppy blond beer . Decent bitterness. Yeast esters. A solid blond i thought. bewyder (558) - FRANCE - NOV 4, 2015

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2016 Bottle, 33cL. Home. A pale yellow beer with a small white head ; medium retention. Herbs, flower, citrus, biscuit note. Medium dry bitter refreshing, sweet note. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation, floral dry bitter finish. Overall, I enjoyed this one ; maybe a bit rough around the edges (old biscuit note). minutemat (6261) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - SEP 11, 2014

Bottled 15/08/14. A blonde beer with a white head. Quite a flowery sweetish lager like Biere de Garde. It’s pleasant enough but really wuite simple.

Davvero poca cosa, d’accordo che è biologica e naturale, ma di certo è solamente appena potabile... Quack-Duck (9540) - Down South, GERMANY - FEB 14, 2012
bottle (brewed at Mélusine), many thanks to jaghana! Hazy golden colour, large white head. Aroma of honey. Malty, slightly fruity, easy-going ale. jaghana (6366) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - SEP 7, 2011
Bottle 33cl from Naturalia bio shop Levallois-Perret. A Cloudy amber beer without head. Nose is malty and caramel like. Aroma is low, body is light too, just some astringent notes, quite dry, light fruit notes, low yeast notes too, a very shy beer. eyes_wide_shut (112) - Haifa, ISRAEL - FEB 20, 2011
At a tasting, thanks zvikar, bottle, pours cloudy yellow orange, sourish aroma, fruity taste, sourish and interesting aftertaste, and overall an interesting beer. YK23 (465) - Haifa, ISRAEL - SEP 17, 2010
At a tasting: bready, honeycomb, caramel, strawberry jam, cardboard, nice aroma, flavor much less, light bodied, ok but unimpressive.
